So here is a quick list so you can get to know me a little bit more:

  • I am a military brat. I have traveled all over the country and have settled in New Orleans for the last 6 years.
  • I have been running for 6 months and it has been one of the best coping skills for my anxiety.
  • I have a wonderful fiancé, who is everything I can have dreamt of since I was little. I can’t wait until 2-4-17 to become Mr. and Mrs.!
  • I have a beautiful fur baby named Calliope, she is my life and yoga buddy 🙂
  • I have two sisters and I love them both so much
  • I have all things spicy and Ethnic! I love trying new foods
  • I am new to yoga and still very basic with poses
  • I love mediation and find it so relaxing and calming
  • I have struggled with anxiety for most of my life and before had very unhealthy coping skills and over the last 4+ years have started to have healthier coping skills
  • I am a licensed clinical social worker working with mental health and addiction patients.
